Materials and minutes for Verification Panel (VP), National Security Council (NSC), Senior Review Group (SRG), Washington Special Actions Group (WSAG), and Defense Review Panel (DRP) meetings. VP meetings were primarily concerned with SALT and MBFR issues. SALT and MBFR were ongoing topics at NSC meetings, along with issues of an immediate nature such as the Middle East, Vietnam, Cambodia, Mayaguez Incident, and Angola. SRG meetings focused on specific NSSMs. Crisis situations discussed at WSAG meetings include Cyprus, the Middle East, Vietnam, Cambodia, Lebanon, and Korea. DRP meetings were concerned with SALT, naval forces, and tactical aircraft issues.
