This series consists of material providing background information for a specific set of remarks, addresses, tapings, radio speeches and statements. It includes policy information, facts, past remarks on this topic, information about the audience, information about the location of the speech and related events. Material within the folders is usually memos, draft speeches, a “factcheck” copy of the final draft, news clippings, articles, publications, maps, pamphlets and other ephemera. The material is arranged in chronological order by the date of the speech.
